Assembling a commercial and independent board is critical to set the strategic direction for Australian Grains Champion and to provide investor and market confidence.
Australian Grains Champion will undertake a search to identify suitably skilled candidates for Chairman and other independent board positions, targeting directors with appropriate skills and relevant industry experience.
Future directors with agricultural backgrounds will be proposed to the Board Remuneration and Selection Committee by the Grower Council.
